They say that they are sorry to hear that you had a bad experience with Samsung. What went wrong?
Answer: EVERYTHING went wrong from talking to a hundred ppl about the same thing to waiting FOREVER for my product and still waiting. 4 weeks is RIDICULOUS especially when you where told 2 weeks š”š”š”š”š”š”!!!!!!!!
Iām DONE with Samsung after my flex lease is over.....NEVER AGAIN!!!
