Electric Range broke at 3 years. Samsung agreed to pay for the repairs via an e-mail and phone call with me and after I repaired the range, they had repeated request for more information and eventually refused to pay for the repair.
Worst company Customer Service I ever had to deal with.
A Repair Man told me that it is common for Samsung Appliances to fail with-in 3 ~ 5 years.
If you expect longevity, don't buy Samsung!
Don't trust the management!
