THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! Bought a refrigerator and has not gone below 42 degrees on full blast since we bought it. 5 phone calls and over 10 hours on hold. Broken promises. Told by Juan C. we would be called back within 15 minutes and he NEVER called back. We're told we had things "lost in the system". Were told we would get a replacement after the second service visit by Jennifer, A samsung representative and they would call us. 3 weeks later, we hadnt heard anything and no one knew what was going on. Then they tell us after a 4 hour phone call we hadn't had the two service visits. I WILL NEVER AGAIN BUY SAMSUNG. #SAMSUNG #REFRIGERATOR
