Bought my phone (Samsung s10), around 7 months ago and sent the phone to be fixed (charging issues) from 8th of March and got it back on the 23rd of May.
All good, I understood since we were in tough times and we were under level 4 so that's ok that I've waited nearly 2 months.
But when I received the phone, the mic doesn't work now, so basically I have a phone which I can't talk to anyone and when they removed the front part to fix the charging issue they made 2 holes on my screen.
I spent more time, energy and money waiting, commuting to the supplier, installing apps (Microsoft authenticator, Google auth, etc) than I ever did when I got another phone (iPhone 4s, iPhone 6 and iPhone 8).
Now I've sent it back to be fixed and they labelled it now as "Urgent" and got told to wait another week (that's 10+ days since it's long weekend now).
Asked for a replacement or refund but I had to talk to the supplier, did that but with no luck.
I usually never write a review but this experience was really bad.
Hopefully, I'll get the phone in a good working condition to sell it.
Kind regards,
A frustrated New Zealand citizen :)
