I have a microwave that is less then a year old, would not heat anything, called samsung, sent tech out 4 times and still no microwave, had to be here each time with a two hour window, called samsung demanding a new microwave, they told me the tech was only here once according to their records, put me on hold for hours, supervisor never called me back, told me numerous times i would get a call to replace it, never happened, still waiting. Worse customer service, they probably paid the tech more then the microwave is worth. Never buying another samsung product, customers be aware!!!!!!!
