Terrible customer service for Samsung phones, will give you the run around and Still NO help at all. Will leave you on hold for hours and zero updates or check-ins. Accidentally dropped my phone a few weeks after receiving my brand new phone and cracked the screen. Spoke to multiple representatives, even Supervisors which you think will be able to help with your problem. Unfortunately, bad attitude and no proper solution. They offered 2 to 3 weeks to fix and NO loaner phone, as a frontline worker on call, I can not be left with No phone for this long. That can NOT be the only solution and yet it was all they can offer. I live chatted with an online representative that offered to escalate the situation and informed me someone would get back to me between 24-48 hours, it's been almost a week and not ONE word from them. Overall bad experience and I should've checked all the poor customer service reviews online before purchasing a phone from them.Big mistake!
