SAMSUNG CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NON EXISTENT! Wish I would have read reviews before purchasing Samsung items for my new kitchen. They may look nice but when a problem arises, you're screwed...it's that simple! The fact that the customer service centre is based good knows where and you're speaking with people who are reading off a script and know zilch about Samsung products is despicable!
We have purchased a Samsung microwave, oven and fridgefreezer costing a lot of hard earned
money and this is what we get for it??
Put off for LIFE!!
