I was a devoted Samsung customer for years and have never had any issues with them.
This year I bought a brand new phone for my niece and send it abroad.
I was assured by Customer service that it would be working well, but as appeared it was blocked and I had to spend extra money to get it unlocked.
I claimed these costs back from customer support team, but they did not care, even if it was their fault that I was misinformed.
Kirsty Caswell, a senior customer service manager, was not helpful at all.
I wasted my time and money.
