My tv was purchased new In November 24 2019 it was defective got in touch with Samsung returns and refunds they created a ticket sent someone out to pick it up and they came and got in 2 days , 2 months later and many phone calls they sent a link to apply card numbers for refund say it should post in 5 to 7 business days and it didn’t so called them back for them to have the nerve to tell me that I must have put in wrong numbers and my refund was sent to someone else , um no you somehow screwed up so they say have to wait for them to get it back from the bank , so two more weeks lots of supposed supervisors and still no refund said they would contact us well I waited until four days ago I got a text said it was from Samsung and my check was being airmailed , I waited two days and no check so I called and the operator had no knowledge of this text so I was put on hold for 2 hours and 47 minutes for them to tell me that when the bank releases the money it will them be airmailed , well I will never get anything made by Samsung again and I’ve told all my friends and family the same . I even emailed corporate a month ago and still no reply , it’s just ridiculous!!!!!
