WORK ON YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND HAVE A SUPERVISOR AVAILABLE FOR ESCALATED CALLS!!!!!
I ordered a new fridge on 6/30 and i had a delivery on 7/10 and it was damaged so i refused delivery. i then called on Monday 7/13 to get a new one delivered. the lady on the phone confirmed to have it delivered on 7/15. we called in the morning to see what time it was being delivered and was told between 3pm and 7pm, and will get a call 30 minutes prior to delivery. so i didn't get a call and proceed to follow up with a phone call and got issac- he told me that its apparently on back order!!!!!! so i asked for a supervisor and he did not give me one nor on how to reach one... these people are not helpful at all and just keep giving me the run around!!!!! i just need a supervisor to call me!! i need your SUPERVISORS TO listen to my call with joy and issac!!! issac needs to be fired!!!
***buy only american products!!! this has been a headache and i am the one that's spending my hard earned paycheck in the middle of this pandemic!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
AFTER TALKING TO JOY.. IM BEING TOLD THEY CAN TRY AND DELIVER IT THIS SATURDAY (18) BUT WITH ISSAC I WAS TOLD AUGUST 13TH!!!!

I AM A VERY UNHAPPY CUSTOMER!! NEVER WILL I BUY OR EVEN THINK ABOUT BUYING A SAMSUNG!!!!
