My fridge got damaged in June 3rd. Take 1 week to customer service to contact me to sent the technician to my home. Take 1 more week for the technician to arrive my home. When he came to check the fridge, said the compressor is damaged so Samsung needs to replace it. During the 3rd week, Samsung contacted me and said that they need to exhaust the resource for repairs, so they have to look in a 150 miles radius around my home to see if someone can fix my fridge... really? 150 miles? Is absurd!!! After A few more days, they said that the order to replace my fridge was allocated on June 29th!! So, I have to wait 7 to 14 business days to they schedule the appointment for delivery... it is July 16th and they schedule the appointment for delivery until July 23 at 6pm!! Additionally of the almost 2 months waiting to get the fridge replaced, the customer service by phone is horrible, because they don’t have empathy towards the customer. We have outside temperatures above 90 degrees, and they don‘t care!! I don’t think I will get a Samsung product again!! Horrible experience
