Samsung refuses to take responsibility for a major manufacturing fault in their washing machines. Instead, they refer you to their 3rd party repairers who charge extortionate amounts to come out and change a card that has a dry joint, It takes less than 7 minutes to change and the cost of the card and the call out is more than £200.
I shall never buy anything Samsung again.
