Our washing machine is under warranty. We previously had a problem with it that took between 4 and 5 weeks to resolve. We were without a machine for all that time. A week ago (still under warranty) the machine broke down again. 7 days later and all we've had is an email to register a problem We phoned (again) today. The person answering the phone had a very poor grasp of English and could not understand that we had already registered our problem by e mail. She just kept telling us to register by email. This machine cost over 1000 pounds. We will never buy Samsung again.
