Terrible customer service, terrible refund process. It is the worse customer service I have seen in the industry. It is a shame that the top executives of this company are not doing anything about it. I just bought a new note 10 and I can't express enough my dissapoitment with the product. I have not gotten proper attention to my several calls and no a good resolution to my problem! If you are going to buy any of their products be aware!
