I purchased an over the range Samsung Microwave recently thru BestBuy online as the store was closed and curbside service was all that was available. My purchase was lacking the hardware to install it but I was assured by BestBuy that I could call Samsung and they would forward me the hardware. Well that's when the nightmare began. I called them on June 9th and spoke with a person in the Philippines, I sent them the online receipt they told me that it wasn't good enough they couldn't see the amount paid. I told them this was the receipt that I received via email from BestBuy, well Samsung didn't want to accept it and told me after they verified the receipt they would send the installation hardware in 5-10 days. Well it never was sent, I called again and explained the situation Samsung told me that it was out of warranty. I said warranty? they said yes the warranty is for 30 days only. I told them I purchased it on 5/14/2020 and had proof that I reached out to them via phone on 6/9/2020 I also had employee names and employee numbers in case something went wrong I had a trail in which to refer, they hesitantly asked me to upload the receipt again and after verification they would send the installation hardware in 5-10 days. This circle of hell continued 2 more times. I did receive an email last week saying because by box had been opened they wouldn't send me a hardware kit to install and BestBuy does not carry individual installation hardware. I have always been a loyal Samsung customer and have spent a lot of money on Samsung products. This is what I get ? I will never purchase a Samsung item again. Ever.
