I have ordered a M-31 from samsung but they failed to deliver the item, i waited for 15 days and raised issue no of times but nothing had been done .Your delivery partner ecom express is disgusting they weren't answering the calls and if they did they talk nuisance . Worst experience!! Not expected this from samsung.
Even i didn't recieve any kind of information from samsung , everytime i've to call and rewind them.
