I purchased the Samsung s6 lite tab from Samsung e-store.
I received the order on 15th Aug, When I opened the box I noticed that the tip of the stylus was rough which could easily make a scratch on the screen.
At the very moment, I mailed the picture and video to Samsung. I have been mailing them daily for the last 9 days but no hearing of the issue.
A defective product received should be replaced is my issue.
I would suggest A BIG NO TO SAMSUNG PRODUCTS.
Purchase at your own risk because the company does not hear to their consumers.
