Terrible experience with trying to get a refund!
Samsung was supposed to submit a refund for a brand new washer machine that never worked; after submitting all requested receipts/documentation, it has been over six months and they keep playing games with us. It's been a waste of time on the phone for hours and hours with the excuse that the refund would be mailed soon.
