I had very bad experience from customer telephonic and email support services.
2 days back i had purchased samsung galaxy note 20 ultra and add on product.
The issue is that the add on product is wrong item had sent by samsung and they made a mistake and denieing to take return back or exchange the product.
Samsung customer support team is unprofessional behavior.
