I ordered a tv online, expected date was 3 days from the date of purchase 8 days passed, I never received the TV. They never contacted me by phone or email to apologize for the inconvenience. I had been calling over and over... all they said, it’s on it’s way. Lately I called, they said they said put a trace on it, because it’s missing. They are gonna tell me more tomorrow.... and tomorrow passed I still don’t have a call neither an email from them. I have to call just to get manipulated.... if I don’t get my tv within these next 2 days I will have to cancel the order and get my money back. I wish I just went to target and my stuff. I had purchased a watch from Apple, within 2 days I got my wash....👍 for Apple, & 👎🏾 for Samsung. It’s a lack of responsibility... how can a tv 65” is missing.... and u don’t even contact me to apologize for your negligence....!!!?
