Samsung Sucks
I have had 2 visits to repair my fridge totally $400 on 2 separate occasions this summer by EEFIX, samsung authorized service center. The first repair dated 6/5 did not resolve the issue. i was unsuccessful in reaching eefix via phone as the number listed goes directly to voicemail, or disconnects randomly. I was unable to reach this company, nor did i get a response from the voicemails that i had left. After speaking with samsung multiple times (who has tried their best to wash their hands of this while sweeping it under the rug) and waiting over a month, a mgr from eefix called to schedule repair. The repair man came back out on 8.17 after trying to reach this company for 2 months. He fought with me stating the charges that i would incur on this visit, after i was told the trip and diagnosis charges via a phone call with a mgr that this and the charge for parts would be waived. The authorized service tech got on the phone, speaking another language to his mgr after arguing with me. The repair was to get the fridge working, upon leaving my house, now the freezer and fridge do not work. I received a second bill for 150, with the receipt listing "parts- $150' The initial repair of $253 lasted about a week, this second repair did not last a day. I have called multiple times only to have the phone disconnected before or after i began leaving a message. since the fridge is not in working order and in fact is in worse condition since have work performed by the authorized service agent, i am requesting a refund for the work performed on both dates, as the work performed was inadequate and ineffective resulting in the worsening of the condition of my refrigerator. I have requested a telephone call immediately upon receipt as this needs to be rectified or reimbursed for the lack of work done, leaving an active phone number i can speak to someone in regards to this issue. According to my receipt dated 8/17 i have 30 repair service warranty. I want this reimbursed along with the charges for the initial service. Samsung reps have done nothing on my behave stating the fridge is out of warranty. As the manufacturer they are responsible for their product, service and repair. Imagine taking your car (after the factory warrantee has expired) for repairs. Only to have the car not repaired, and being out the cash for the repair, due to the warrantee expiration. This is a joke, samsung is a joke (customer service what time is typically over an hour) all they do is closed tickets, and open new ones. EEFIX is a joke, they do not have a website, social media account, or anything but a gmail account. This is appalling and a disgrace that i company the size of samsung has inferior inadequate products and support. do not purchase anything from this company.
