Well I can’t even explain how very disappointing I am with my Samsung refrigerator. I purchased less than a year and a half ago and had multiple things break and repairs get rescheduled don’t have parts and more things continue to break and then they keep charging me service fees and labor of $200. This makes me sick That I have to spend that kind of money with a so-called warranty! When calling to speak to a representative I cannot understand them and they cannot understand me and then they bring them out with the wrong part and do not even Address all the problems with my refrigerator. I will continue to write reviews on my issue since no one with the Sampson company can even explain why this would happen to a brand new fridge!
