My dishwasher stopped working and was only 6 months, due to COVID Samsung said they could not replace it under the warranty and issued me a “coupon” to buy a new one that didn’t even cover the full cost of a new one. The case manager I spoke with said I would be reimbursed for the new installation. I have been going back and forth since April and just had the new dishwasher delivered a week and a half ago. Now I get a voicemail saying the installation will not be reimbursed to me! I want the phone call tapes pulled! I was repeatedly told that I would not have to pay the install fee again ($200) because I would be reimbursed. This is ridiculous and the WORST customer service I have ever received. They should be ashamed of themselves scamming people during a time like this! DONT BUT SAMSUNG!
