Recently bought the a71 galaxy phone. Should have reviewed first. Bixby can’t be deleted. We followed the instructions but can’t turn her off. Never had this intrusion with my iPhone. Called Samsung. They said an a10 and 20 allow the user to turn her off.
The phone can only be returned in two weeks so we’re stuck until then.
Guess the engineers didn’t expect complaints when this model was rolled out.
I’m retired. Maybe I have too much time on my hands. Then again, the young lion at the ATT store shares my sentiment.
