I'm so frustrated!! My 1 year old TV has a warranty and out of the blue I heard a pop sound and the screen when black. My husband called customer service and was hung up on 3 times. After an hour they won't tell give us an option for a repair. Apparently, we have to wait another week before we get a call and maybe someone will contact us. Years ago I would have swore it was the best company but now the customer care and service you pay for ain't worth it and Samsung doesn't care. I will not by Samsung TV again. Buyer beware.
