Absolutely the worst support, I wish I could give 0 stars. I was looking to upgrade my phone and went with the Z Flip. I have Sprint so I bought the Sprint version of the phone, but when I went to activate it Sprint got an error saying it was not bought domestically or it was a blacklisted phone even though I bought it directly from Samsung.com. After hours on the phone with Samsung, and the hours with Sprint support, I was told to just return the phone. Thinking it was a fluke, I bought the same phone again. I contacted Sprint before opening the phone this time, just in case, and they got the same error. I then had to be on the phone with Samsung again for hours and was transferred to the wrong department multiple times. When I finally got in contact with the billing department, I was told I might have to wait up to 4 days to be able to return it. Especially with what's going on now, I want to go to the store as little as possible so I was hoping to return these both at the same time. They finally said they could send me the packing slip right when it can be returned, but we would have to call FedEx to see if it could be picked up from our house or we have to call back again to get a different type of packing label. Love their phones, but thinking of switching to Apple after this experience.
