I am very disappointed in Samsung, I purchased two Note 20 Ultras online through Telus aug 31st, then called Samsung to ensure I would get my galaxy buds live seeing how the phone wouldn't be delivered 5-10 days later. So today I got my phone and registered it to find out by customer service I'm too late to qualify for the buds??? First off, Samsung representative lied to me and second the online chat guy Harry was ignorant. Samsung owes me these buds! I bought two S20 Note Ultras, my wife received hers and the buds and I'm getting screwed. I have been a long time Samsung user and I must admit I am disgusted in their service, they lied to me. I recommend not involving your services with any Samsung product ever. I thought they were great for years, turns out their crooks.
