Samsung has the absolute worst customer service. I really think that their representatives are given a transcript to memorize. Every time I have called them their response is word for word the same. I am having a issue with my new (7 months old) stove peeling around the oven door.i was told that they do not have a service technician in this area ( Charlton,Ma) that the peeling was considered cosmetic and that was not covered under my warranty. This was after my calling them for a solid week, daily. I am seriously considering reporting them to the BBB and the Massachusetts Attorney Generals Office. I asked why they would sell their product in an area they do not and would not service. Dead silence .
