I purchase one mobile under Samsung Employee Purchase program.
Damaged product has been delivered.
I tried and escalate issue to support, manager and even CEO.
But no one responded with solution.
They are just giving one excuse that you haven't inform us within 24 hours of delivery so you bare the loss.
In this pandemic, as per GOV instruction, we shall not tough delivered item for 1,2 days then how can inform them in 24 hours of delivery ?
