The worst customer service you could ever expect. I bought a $700 robot vacuum and it continuously malfunctioned. We sent it back at our expense four times to Samsung in a year. They said it ran out of warranty maybe a month or two and they wanted to offer us $200 towards the purchase of a new product of theirs. I own plenty of Samsung products I will never own another. Purely horrible customer service
