The worst after sales service by Samsung, especially if it is in the Warrant period. It's more two months since my Samsung washing machine top load, motor gave way in the month of July 2020. The call center refuses to let us talk to anyone only giving a standard reply we are sorry for the inconvenience caused. The email to their service head has not been of any help. The replacement had come after about a month in the month of August 2020, and the call center from the 21st to the 27th of Aug kept assuring us the engineer would come by 6 pm to attend to the machine but from the 28 of August 2020 they changed their tune to say that the part is still under transit - it is in transit for two months! So it becomes very obvious that the part came but was sold off !! That's the way Samsung treats customers. The people who can do something in the company turn a blind eye - it seems as if they are also being profited. They fail to realize that after a few years the company will not do as well because of the way customers are being treated.!!!
