1 STAR IS STILL TOO MUCH FOR SAMSUNG REFRIGERATOR!!!!!
I bought a refrigerator from BestBuy on the 4th of July 2019 but it stopped cooling on the first day of May 2020. I couldn’t believe it because it was only a 10 MONTHS OLD refrigerator!
I begged them to replace it but they didn't accept and during Atlanta's crazy Covid19 summertime with 3 kids at home; I hade to wait more than 2 months to get it fixed without a refrigerator.
Getting the technician was not easy.. you have to fight first!!
I made millions of calls to get technical service.
When they checked, they said the compressor was broken and I had to wait again to get that part.
After 2 months, when the compressor arrived, they realized that the problem is not about the compressor, it was about gas. The refrigerator's gas finished in 10 months!!
My mom used the same refrigerator for 20 years and nothing bad happened but our fancy Samsung refrigerator stopped working at all in 10 months.
when they fixed, I asked them how they can be sure that it won't have the same problem later. They promised that nothing bad will happen never ever again.
anyway.. 2 days ago, it stopped cooling again. it is unbelievable! they of course don’t want to replace it. God knows how long it will take to get fixed.
I PAID $1890 FOR GARBAGE. I DON'T WANT REPLACEMENT ANYMORE. I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
