Called Samsung for service on our refrigerator. Samsung said we would have a call from AAR Appliances within 48 hours to schedule our time for Wednesday. We had not heard from anyone so we called Samsung back for follow up on Tuesday. They stated after being on the phone for 45 minutes that AAR Appliances cancelled without no reason notated. The Samsung rep called them and they stated they cancelled because of the pandemic. We understand about bonderies during this time BUT we are surprised NO phone call from the company or Samsung. Totally unprofessional and bad business on both parts. We own a couple of businesses ourselves and work in the professional realm. Word of mouth goes along way. Just do good by people and it will come back around and visa versa. We will give AAR Appliances a review as well. Totally disappointing. It was just a courtesy phone call that should have taken place
