My Samsung dishwasher has poorly designed cutlery baskets. Around the handle to remove them the plastic grills break away letting the Cutlery slip through and stop the lower blade from turning. Because of the manufacturing I would like to have 2 free baskets sent to me in good faith. I am sending photos of the poor quality of this design. I was quoted a price of $150.00 dollars for replacements for your poor quality. Your understanding would be greatly appreciated to restore my confidence in your products.
