Microwave order delivered a month ago, came with missing parts. Contacted Samsung and XPO right away, also had called every week since than, only to find out today that surprisingly that is no order I the system. That’s the third time it happens. Nothing in the system shows the history. Every time you call the answer is different. Nobody knows anything
