I took my Samsung mobile for a broken screen change. I didn't read the review sites for their lack of customer support and I paid for it the hard way. The new Screen was at a cost much higher than any local mobile shops dotted around and only with 3 month warranty while it is 1 year any where else.
But OK, that was only because they did not make it clear at the start. When the same part developed fault soon after the 3 month was up, I asked the Samsung for support I experienced the worst service I have ever received. Rude, unhelpful and parrot like repetition of their self made, one sided service rules!!
Never again.
