Let me start by saying this I received an email from Samsung that my delivery was on the way I was told I would receive a call Friday which was yesterday which I never received I had to call Samsung again which then they escalated my order to the home delivery department no response I called them this morning Samsung that is just for them to tell me that my order is now being shipped to the store and that I will receive my call sometime this week honestly this is terrible communication as I fully took this day off from work this is supposed to be the day I receive my tv unacceptable from such a big company I will think twice before I order anything else horrible experience so far 👎🏾
