Worst ever. Brand new Samsung Galaxy Note 20 phone purchased from Samsung online store with a trade-in, had a defect. Contacted the Samsung Online Sales team within 3 days of unboxing the device, explaining the issue. They asked me to return the new device for a refund, but they wouldn't return my trade-in device or refund the credits back for the trade-in device. Therefore, I asked for a replacement of the new phone instead (return the defective phone in return for a new one), but got denied by the Samsung online store. After a month of waiting, I was asked to take the phone to a support center, where they opened the brand new phone apart, to troubleshoot the issue.
