The worst customer service ever. Phone has been on warranty till 30th June. I have had it booked for a repair with 10 different issues in APRIL 2020, 3 repairs later I have same issues mostly and since last repair I can't even make normal calls anymore. My phone has been at repair for 2 weeks last time and came back not repaired as no notes about honouring it under warranty have been left.The representative that has booked it promised this is the last attempt at the repair they will have and if it does not repair all the issues I will be issued a new phone or a refund. The lady I spoke to today said this is not enforceable as he should not have said it. They can only issue a replacement phone if their repair technician says they are not able to actually repair it. Zero communication and I have been told by customer solutions lady after waiting to pick up for ver 40 minutes that there is no-one else I can speak to or complaint as she is the highest available person for customer contact, she can send it for another repair. Complete joke, mess and mistakes and conflicting information and lies every step of the way, absolutely pathetic. Considering this experience being my first Samsung phone I will not be buying a samsung phone ever again. Apple's customer service is so much better and doe not take 6 months to enforce. Utterly disgusting. I will be looking at taking matters further and obtaining recording of the phone conversation to complaint about my customer rights.
