I recently purchased a new Note 20. It's the 4th Note I've purchased. I have Samsung TVs, and recently purchased a washer and dryer! We are a Samsung family. Based on the recent customer service I recieved I may never purchase another Samsung product. When I purchased the new phone I also relocated and changed my phone number. I am unable to access software on my phone because it wants to verify my account. In the process a code is being sent to my old number. I am unable to recieve thst code. I have spent hours waiting on the phone. On two attempts customer service did not answer. I have spoken with 5 reps trying to SIMPLY change the phone number on my account. The 5th rep told me I had to wait 48 hours for someone to call me back and verify my info. That was 3 days ago!!! If I could return the phone I would, but I'm stuck with it and cannot verify with Samsung!!
