I bought the Samsung stove at Home Depot in 05/15/2020 over &700.00 dollars in Georgia. 07/10/2020 one right small rare burner broken. 08/20/2020 one more left rare burner broken too. The stove has one year manufacturer warranty. I did contact the Samsung customer service to report the promblem on the first October 2020. The company send them technician to my home to fix the stove. But he did not fix my stove and use the excuse the stove getting the roaches to the wire. If I want hm to fix and replace 3 burners , I have pay them in my own pocket . The manufacturer won't cover it. One hour later I called the customer service again for the solution, he didn't give me solution and then he announced that my stove is no longer to have manufacturer warranty any more. Most Samsung products are worse quality and the service is very poor. To me my experience all of people shouldn't buy any products made by Samsung. The Samsung company just want to rib the customers money. They don't want to take responsibility with their errors from their products and they blames all issues to the customers. I will tell all my friends in Facebook and all the people in the world not to buy anything from Samsung. We can't not trust your products. It is bad product I have not seen in my whole life.
