I purchase Samsung family hub 810 litres fridge in March 2019 from Croma people their dealer this is the. Most expensive fridge in the market todaycould not collect the fridge as their was pandemic just collected the fridge now people are telling you need a tap connection with the fridge this was really surprising which has to be inform to customer before hand when customer goes to buy the fridge I have my house fully renovated now no place where I can get the tap attached to the fridge if they would have inform me before buying the fridge I would have done the provision now after buying 280000 friideg cannot have ice now even Croma people are not responsible or Samsung worst service not replying to email abt it They dont even care even the sales person doesn’t know you have to install the tap on the backside of the fridge otherwise no ice than what is the use of buyin fridge worth 280000 worst service by Samsung no one is responsible just sell the product it is customer look out Hope you understand and solve the queries
