My experience with Samsung online shop was horrible
1) I got a defective spen
2) Service center said that since it is damaged on arrival, its not under warranty and asked me to pay for the brand new product the very next day.
3) After a 20 days struggle with the customer care, backend team and the service center the complain has been taken now.
4) They have made me visit customer care 5 times so far
5) No way you can review a product in samsung online shop
6) Had I purchased the product in Amazon I would have got immediate replacement.
I will neve ever buy Samsung products that too in Samsung online shop
