Refund Process is poor. The worst I’ve experienced ever. Samsung does not care about the customer.
Delivery is awful. Never delivered when they said they would. Delivery driver was incredibly rude.
Returns are the worst ever. I purchased a tv that came damaged and they recommended repairing it. It’s a NEW tv 5 minutes out of the box IT SHOULD NOT NEED REPAIR. So I returned it. 5 weeks later they still have not refunded the $1700 I spent for the TV.
