Bought a brand new Samsung Tv Q series and the screen went out in less than two months. Instead of Samsung doing the right thing which would be replace the TV, they have a 3rd party tech company come out to try and fix it. Now, that wouldn't be a huge deal if it didn't take a week and half for them to order the part and come out to fix it. Then, the part they ordered didn't work and it turned out to be the full panel that need to be replaced, which is basically the entire TV . Now i have to wait another week or 2 before they can get the part and come out to "TRY" and fix it again. This is COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE. I spent close 2k in this crappy TV and it didnt even last 2 months. After calling and trying to be escalated to someone who could actually make things right and authorize a new TV, i was placed on hold, transferred 3 times and ultimately, told someone would call me back, which never happened. I will NEVER purchase another Samsung product or refer them to anyone else. In fact, I will make it a point to steer people away from aggravation and incompetence.
