Amazing venue, really welcoming team, very good teachers (Carmen and Lisa), AWESOME food.
The nutrition roundtable was quite basic (nothing new for me, but I understand it was useful for people who normally eat other kind of food).
The final meditation was lovely.
In general I thought it was going to be harder (2 yoga classes and 1 pilates in the same day), but it wasn't. I took it as a relaxing ME time :)
You can be proud of this great event/retreat you guys have created. Very warming energy could be felt in the air! Congrats xx
