My week at Samyama is one of the best experiences of my life and I would recommend it to anyone whatever the reason - yoga, relaxation, experience, friendship. It is a wonderful healing and joyful place that is made even more special by all the fabulous people who look after you - truly came away with a new family and some fantastic friendships. When can I come back ????
