Just back from my week at Samyama , where do I start ? I am so overwhelmed by the outstanding hospitality the expertise from all of the yoga teachers , the staff ,nothing to much trouble always happy to help . I have had the best holiday ever, it is life changing .I am on a high thanks to all at Samyama. Also I have made some new friends that is the cherry on top of the cake ???? Thank you Samyama ????
