My yoga holiday with Samyama Fitness was a wonder. Lovely people, fantastic location, great yoga. We were all made to feel exceptionally welcome and there was just the right mix of socialising and down time. I got off to brilliant start plotting my novel, with beautiful spaces to hide away and work and plenty of healthy encouragement from the other yogis.
