Update: I was offered another round of towels to see if these will be better. If they are, I will update my review again. I appreciate the customer service. I feel badly for any of the reviewers who think this towel is soft. I don't know where you're getting your towels, but keep looking! Even very inexpensive towels are softer than this. Pros are that it dries the body fine, dries itself well, and will pack efficiently, but I couldn't bear to use it once the weather turned cool. It just feels like a punishment, and I don't deserve to be punished right out of the shower. Great marketing team though, because you sure fooled me!
